Mini Island Doodles is located on Grosse Ile near Detroit — a 2.5-hour drive from Grand Rapids. For west Michigan families willing to make the trip (or to use our delivery options), we offer the same thoughtful, in-home breeding program our southeast Michigan families have come to know.
For Grand Rapids families, we offer two transport options: in-person pickup with a meet-up halfway if a full drive isn't practical, or ground transport directly to your home. Ground transport is provided by a trusted partner and is available for an additional fee.
What Sets Us Apart
There aren’t many small, intentional Mini Goldendoodle breeders in Michigan — most fit between weekend hobby and high-volume operation. We sit firmly in the boutique middle: a planned breeding schedule and puppies raised in our home from birth to go-home day. If you’ve been searching west Michigan and not finding the right fit, the drive (or transport) east is worth considering.
