Downriver · Michigan
Just 20 minutes from Taylor, we raise a small number of Mini Goldendoodle litters inside our home on Grosse Ile.
Distance & Drive Time
Taylor sits at the center of Downriver, and Grosse Ile — the island in the Detroit River we call home — is only about 13 miles southeast. The drive takes around 20 minutes, whether you follow Telegraph Road (US-24) to West Road or take I-75. For families in Taylor, Southgate, Allen Park, and Romulus, few boutique Mini Goldendoodle programs are closer, which keeps both an appointment visit and pickup day simple.
Most Taylor families pick up their puppy in person. The route is easy — Telegraph Road (US-24) or I-75, then West Road to the island — about 20 minutes door to door. We'll arrange a quiet, unhurried appointment so your puppy leaves calmly from the home where it was raised, with a short drive back to Taylor ahead of you.

What Sets Us Apart
Since 2015, we've raised a small number of litters each year inside our home — never in a kennel building. Every puppy receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) in its first weeks and begins structured potty training before going home, so Taylor families start with a puppy that's already on its way. At maturity our Mini Goldendoodles weigh 15 to 35 pounds and keep the low-shedding coats the cross is known for, and our 2-year health guarantee covers every puppy we place. Spots fill quickly on a schedule this small, so an early application matters.
Currently Available
We breed only a small, intentional number of litters each year. Apply to be added to our waitlist — we'll personally reach out as soon as we know more about timing for your match.
Frequently Asked
About 13 miles, or roughly a 20-minute drive. Most Taylor families take Telegraph Road (US-24) or I-75 to West Road, which leads right to the island. It's an easy trip for both a scheduled visit and pickup day.
We welcome visits by appointment once your application has been reviewed, so we ask that no one drops in unannounced. Keeping visits scheduled protects the puppies' health and keeps their home environment calm during those important early weeks. Living this close means setting up a visit is simple once you've applied.
We're a small, intentional in-home program, so we raise only a limited number of litters. The best approach is to apply early, well before you hope to bring a puppy home. Once your application is reviewed, we'll be in touch about upcoming litters and a time to visit.
