Each puppy is raised with intentional care, proper nutrition, and early socialization to ensure the best possible start in life.
This puppy is guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of birth against life-threatening hereditary or congenital conditions that significantly impact the dog's quality of life.
If a qualifying condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, documentation must be provided, and the Breeder reserves the right to request a second opinion.
In the event of a confirmed qualifying genetic condition, the Buyer may receive a replacement puppy of equal value when available. No cash refunds will be issued.
All puppies are sold as pet companions only unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by 12 months of age, unless otherwise recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
This puppy is not to be used for breeding purposes. Violation of this agreement constitutes a breach of contract.
This guarantee does not cover minor conditions, parasites, or illnesses common in puppies; injuries, accidents, or neglect; environmental or food-related sensitivities; or conditions arising from improper care.
While we breed intentionally for consistency, the Breeder does not guarantee adult size, coat type, color, or the percentage of poodle/doodle in any puppy.
No refunds will be given for returned puppies. If at any time the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, the Breeder must be notified.
