Our Story

A small, dedicated breeding program — built around purpose and care.

Mini Island Doodles is not a high-volume breeder. Each litter is thoughtfully planned and raised in our home, where puppies are part of our daily life — not separated from it.

Consistency, Not Chance

Predictable coats and outcomes, thoughtfully designed.

Size Expectations

Designed with intention, mature between 15–35 lbs.

Depending on the pairing, our Mini Goldendoodles typically mature between 15 and 35 pounds.

We prioritize consistency and proportion, creating a smaller companion that remains beautifully balanced in both size and structure.

Our Philosophy

Over a decade of dedication to the breed.

Our passion for the Mini Goldendoodle began over a decade ago, when we welcomed our first into our home. What started as admiration quickly became a deep commitment to preserving and refining everything that makes this breed so exceptional.

Mini Goldendoodles are known for their intelligence, warmth, and intuitive nature. They are effortlessly adaptable — equally suited for companionship, therapy work, and family life. With a gentle temperament and a natural affinity for people and other animals, they bring a rare balance of playfulness, loyalty, and emotional awareness. Their ability to connect, comfort, and engage makes them truly distinctive.

Intentional Breeding

Precision and purpose in every pairing.

We approach breeding with precision and purpose. Through genetic and health testing, we ensure every pairing meets a higher standard — prioritizing structure, temperament, and long-term well-being.

By thoughtfully selecting each parent, we aim to consistently produce puppies that embody the very best qualities of both the Golden Retriever and Miniature Poodle.

Early Development

Raised within our home from day one.

From the very beginning, our puppies are raised within our home and guided through a structured early development program. ENS, ESI, sound desensitization, and structured socialization are part of our daily rhythm with each litter.
